Their previous website had been in place for more than ten years and was starting to hold the business back. It looked dated, was difficult for the team to update, and raised concerns around security and trust. The goal was to create a more professional online presence that better reflected the quality of the business, improved accessibility, and made it easier for potential customers to explore services, view past work, and request a quote.

The old N Lee & Son website no longer reflected the standard of the business. It had been built over a decade earlier, felt dated visually, and was becoming harder to trust from both a security and credibility point of view. The team were also unable to make updates themselves, which made the site difficult to manage over time. Alongside presenting the business in a more professional way, the new website needed to improve accessibility, strengthen the service pages, and give the portfolio more impact so visitors could quickly see the quality of work and feel confident getting in touch.
We redesigned and rebuilt the website to give N Lee & Son a stronger, more professional presence online. The new site improves accessibility, makes key information easier to find, and presents the services and portfolio in a much clearer and more credible way. It was built in WordPress so the team can manage content more easily going forward, without relying on an outdated system. The finished website gives the business a better platform to generate enquiries and quotes, and within the first few weeks it had already brought in more enquiries than they had seen in years.
