Project
A clearer, more accessible site for leaders embedding inclusion into everyday practice.
Elevation Coaching and Consulting is led by Audrey Pantelis, who helps founders, school leaders and organisations build the leadership habits and culture that make inclusion possible. Her old site sat on a website builder that was hard to update and didn't show the full range of her work across schools, organisations and keynote speaking. We worked with Audrey to plan and build a new site that puts her voice at the centre and makes it easier for leaders to find the right support.

Audrey’s work had grown well beyond what her old site could show. She supports schools, organisations and conference audiences, writes a regular blog and runs a podcast, but those offers were hard to find. Everything sat in a flat structure, so a headteacher and an HR lead landed in the same place with no clear next step. Our job was to give each audience its own route in, bring her articles, resources and podcast together, and move everything to a platform she could grow with.
We started with strategy sessions to understand who Audrey works with and what she wants each of them to do next. We mapped a new sitemap around two hubs, Working With Us and Insights, sketched lo-fi wireframes, then moved into high-fidelity designs built around her dandelion mark, a calm cream and navy palette and real photography of Audrey at work. We built the site in WordPress with WCAG 2.2 AA as the baseline, redirected every old URL, and handled the move off the old platform, including the domain transfer and the switch to Google Workspace for email.

I am so pleased with my new website. It looks amazing and it is exactly what I am looking to achieve! I have loved working with Joe! He is patient, kind and super professional - gently steering me back when I have a wild change of heart! I've learned loads during this process and I am glad that I made the decision for Squee to re-design my website. I am excited to show it off! I'm over the moon with the feedback I'm receiving from my network about my website!
