Celebrating Disability is led by Esi Hardy, a powerful voice for disability inclusion in the workplace.
She lives and breathes inclusion, and when she reached out, she made it clear her website needed to reflect those same values. Esi knew there were accessibility gaps on the old site and wanted to address them properly, while also modernising the structure and improving usability.
We worked closely with her to plan a refreshed site that brought her message to the forefront, highlighted new offerings, and made it easier for people to explore disability inclusion in a more accessible and engaging way.

As Celebrating Disability evolved, so did the need for a website that better reflected the breadth of its work. With new services like the Launchpad series, a growing blog, and the introduction of a Learn area for free resources, the site needed a clearer structure and improved accessibility to reflect Esi’s values.
While much of the content was already in place, it wasn’t as easy to navigate or act on as it could have been. Our job was to reorganise, simplify, and improve the experience — making it easier for more people to engage with disability inclusion.
We kicked things off with a set of in-depth strategy sessions to understand Esi’s goals and priorities. We mapped out a new structure with a clean sitemap and sketched wireframes to explore layout options and hierarchy.
These were refined into high-fidelity designs that focused on clear signposting, accessible colour contrast, and simple content presentation. We then moved into development, resolving longstanding accessibility issues and bringing the new experience to life.
The result is a website that’s bolder, clearer, and easier to navigate. It’s built with everyone in mind, especially those exploring disability inclusion in the workplace.
